In this systematic review, we are examining the impact of specialized paediatric palliative care services and programs in comparison with standard care on healthcare utilization and other outcomes for children and youth with life-threatening conditions and their families. We are also investigating the outcome indicators used to assess the impact of specialized paediatric palliative care and how are they defined in the current literature.
